Designed to store and transport goods that are sensitive to temperature changes, such as meat, vegetables, fruits, and beverages, our used 45ft High Cube Pallet Wide Refrigerated Containers are available worldwide in various conditions.
Used Triton 45ft HC PW Reefers are weather-resistant and typically equipped with stainless steel-lined interiors and flat flooring.
The largest refrigerated units in our global inventory, 45ft HC PW Reefers, have a vast internal cubic capacity of 2,949 ft³. As a result, they can be used to economically transport large quantities of stock via intermodal methods and help companies to lower their environmental impact. In particular, using these large units to transport perishable goods by rail can significantly reduce CO2 emissions compared to other forms of transport.
Large and small businesses often use Refrigerated Containers for temporary or long-term on-site cold storage. Potential temperature settings typically range between -30C and +30C*, although this may vary depending on the machine type and availability. The Reefer machinery operates in a voltage range of 400 to 500 V, 3 ph @ 60 Hz and 360 to 460 V, 3 ph @ 50 Hz, and is charged with manufacturer-approved refrigerants.
*Important: Machinery temperature setpoint parameters ( “or “settings” ) do not always mean that the required temperature is met inside the Refrigerated Container. Temperature ranges could vary depending on: Machine type, ambient temperatures & humidity, type of commodity, and commodity condition during loading. Please get in touch with your local Triton representative for more information.
