Built to store and transport temperature-sensitive cargo, Triton 40ft High Cube Refrigerated Containers, also known as "Reefers", are available globally for short and long-term lease. Their state-of-the-art design, solid construction, and low power consumption make these units highly efficient.
Capable of potential average temperature control between -30C and +30C*, Triton HC Refrigerated Containers come equipped with an array of standard features, including fully secure doors and interior aluminum scuff lining. They also have T-shaped flooring designed to distribute cold air around the container and provide an optimum environment for the goods stored inside.
With an inside cubic capacity of 2,387 ftÂł, our High Cube models are 1ft taller than standard 40ft units and provide a larger stacking capacity for stock. Triton 40ft HC Reefers are incredibly reliable and suitable for storing a vast number of perishable goods such as fruit, vegetables, ice cream, and meat. They offer a precise and consistent environment, regardless of external factors. The Reefer machinery operates in a voltage range of 400 to 500 V, 3 ph @ 60 Hz and 360 to 460 V, 3 ph @ 50 Hz, and is charged with manufacturer-approved refrigerants. It is possible to order units with Carrier Starcool, Daikin, or Thermo King machinery.
At Triton, we provide leasing structures tailored to the requirements of numerous industries worldwide, from those operating in on-site storage to those working within the pharmaceutical industry. Access to our 40ft High Cube Refrigerated Containers is available through over 400 third-party-owned depots and facilities across 89 countries.
